Booking Policy

At the time of booking a current contact number will be required. Any treatments over 1½ hours will require a non-refundable (unless 24hrs or more notice of cancellation is given) cash/credit/debit card deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please remember that as a small business my time is very valuable, the booking of a treatment reserves the room, couch and therapist solely for your own personal use and I would greatly appreciate at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation, otherwise a fee will be required.

Punctuality

Lotions n Potions understands that sometimes unexpected and last minute problems arise, but it would be of enormous help if you are going to be late for your appointment to telephone the salon as this helps provide the salon and each client with the best available use of their alloted appointment times.

Late arrivals will be accommodated as best as possible but treatments may have to be shortened in order to keep other clients running on time. Lotions n Potions reserves the right to refuse to treat and take bookings from individuals who on a regular basis book appointments and cancel at the last minute or do not show at all.
