Salon Policy

Consultation

A thorough consultation will be carried out requiring personal & medical details, this ensures that the correct treatments and products are safely, accurately & professionally applied for your needs. Please remember to inform the salon at any time of any changes in medication and medical problems/illnesses.

Payment

The following payments are accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Cheques (with a current bankers card), a minimum spend of £5 is applicable to Cheques/Cards.

Courses

All treatment courses over £100 have three payment options; please ask for further details.

Patch Testing

For your own personal health, safety and including insurance requirements, patch testing for eyelash tinting and eyelash perming must be carried out 24/48hrs prior to treatment. This policy applies to all clients of Lotions n Potions, even if you have had this test/treatment carried out at another salon previously. In certain circumstances (sensitive skins, certain medications) patch testing for waxing may also be applicable, please ask for further details.

Salon Comfort/Disposables

Robes, Towels, Slippers, Disposable Items and Freshening Up Products are available where applicable with compliments of the salon.

Children

Due to the nature of products and equipment, children under the age of 16 are not allowed into the salon. This ensures a safe and relaxing environment for everyone.
